Shai Tubali is a believer in making deliberate drastic changes in life every now and then in order to keep the mind young – and to live several lifetimes in just one lifetime.
He was born in Tel Aviv, Israel, and is an international teacher and author. Five years ago, he felt that spirituality wasn’t enough to satisfy his intellectual passions. He completed a Master’s Program in Philosophy and followed that up with a PhD in the Philosophy of Mysticism. He has dedicated many decades to developing medically proven methods of therapy and self-empowerment, which he details in this episode.
